DIMETHYL FUMARATE (DMF) Clarifications against Crystal Type SILICA GEL or Granular SILICA GEL

Our SILICA GEL 100% free from Dimethyl Fumarate due to bellow reasons :

• Silica Gel is made with the help of Silica only. Chemical Formulation of Silica Gel is SiO2 + H2O and there is no Dimethyl Fumarate in it. Dimethyl Fumarate chemical formula is C6H8O4. Chemical formula of Silica Gel shows non presence of Dimethyl Fumarate in it.
• Melting Point of Dimethyl Fumarate is 102-105 C while Silica Gel is already dried at 150 C temperate in the dryer during the production. This also proves that if by chance Dimethyl Fumarate is there in Silica Gel it will be melt during the process it self.
• Dimethyl Fumarate has not mentioned any where in IS-3401-1992 (III) specification of Silica Gel. Other parameters of Silica Gel testing have shown in IS specification where Dimethyl Fumarate is not mentioned any where in IS specification of Silica Gel. As per IS specification it show all the chemicals testing method which are there in the product.
• In the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) of Silica Gel there is no presence of Dimethyl Fumarate. The MSDS of Dimethyl Fumarate & Silica Gel can be study for further clarification.
• In the Manufacturing Process of Silica Gel application of Dimethyl Fumarate is not mentioned any where.
• Dimethyl Fumarate is one type of acid which is used in Round Silica Gel or Silica Gel Beads or Spherical Silica Gel manufacturing process. Dimethyl Fumarate is not used at all in Crystal Type Silica Gel or Granular Type Silica Gel or in Regular Silica Gel. So Crystal Type Silica Gel or Granular Type Silica Gel which is manufactured by us is 100 % free from Dimethyl Fumarate. Till today it’s been never found that in Crystal Type Silica Gel or Granular Type Silica Gel there is any content of Dimethyl Fumarate
• Till today Dimethyl Fumarate is only found in the leather products only. It is never been found in Silica Gel. As Silica Gel Pouch is also used in large scale in leather industry to prevent them from moisture and fungus it is believed that Silica Gel is also made of Dimethyl Fumarate.
• Silica Gel Pouch is also always packed in Non-Woven Cloth and it never comes in the direct interaction or contact with the product which it is protecting from moisture or fungus.
• Many boxes of merchandise so many users have received over the years contain packets of “Silica Gel” to prevent their products. And there was no problem using Silica Gel during that year. Against that Procedure of Manufacturing Silica Gel is the same since so many years. It is curious if there is any relation to Dimethyl Fumarate why all of sudden.

Silica gel is safe, entirely different from Dimethyl Fumarate. Silica gel adsorbs moisture, does not gas off. It has no relation with Dimethyl Fumarate at all. And there is no presence of Dimethyl Fumarate in SILICA GEL.
